I've been the business owner. I know the trap.
I didn't set out to build CRMs and automation systems. I built them because I was drowning. I was an occupational therapist running a practice, then a nanny franchise, then a digital product business—all while trying to actually help people, which is why I became a therapist in the first place. Instead, I was taking client calls from Disney World. Rescheduling therapy sessions around my son's nationals gymnastics meet. Building my own systems because nothing off-the-shelf worked for how my business actually operated.
